Shimano Flugel 70F 70mm 8gm

If you are heading to the lake or river for a crack at some trophy trout, you need to have the Shimano Cardiff Flugel as one of your starting lures. At 70mm in length and weighing in at 7.8 grams, it is deep-diving floating trout lure designed to get sub-surface, creating additional action through the water column culminating in more bites. Diving to around 2 metres on a steady retrieve, it’s a great option for working deeper pools in rivers or targeting trout in lakes. Available in five proven colours, there’s an option to suit a range of water conditions.
Shimano’s JET BOOST technology helps deliver longer, more accurate casts, so you can cover more water. On a straight retrieve, the Flugel has a tight, natural swimming action that stays stable, even in fast-flowing water. Mix in a few twitches or short jerks with a brief pause, and it darts erratically from side to side, often triggering aggressive strikes.
