Foveaux Cod Catcher

The OG, the Original design of the Foveaux Cod Catcher collection. This rig consists of 380lb weight line, two size 8/0 long shank hooks, two crimp barrel swivel, a snap swivel clip and stainless steel sinker release clip. With a 360 degree hook swivel radius and sacrificial sinker release, this rig has simplicity with a touch of innovation to take the stress out of your next fishing endeavor.

Similar to the JW Mark I Foveaux Cod Catcher, the JW Mark II consists of 380lb weight line, a snap swivel clip, stainless steel sinker release clip and two size 3 swivel hooks attached by reverse line aluminium crimps, which pushes the hooks out from the line. The differentiating factor of the two rigs is the JW Mark II’s larger 360 degree swivel range hooks, that sit independent to the hook’s base attachment. Available for a limited time.

The newest addition to the Foveaux Cod Catcher collection, the Groper Rig. Manufactured with the same quality components as the “Tried and Proven” original rigs, the Groper Rig has been designed to attract a different kettle of fish, the almighty Groper. This rig’s bone line has the ability to withstand 380lb, comes with two size 6 circle hooks, snap swivels and the original sleek fluorescent line covering.
