This reusable, non-toxic tungsten putty is 30% heavier than lead and legal to use where lead is not.  It leaves no sticky residue on your leader, hands, or clothing.  Simply pinch off the desired amount of weight and roll it on to your leader.  The weight can then be moved to the desired location on the leader.  Made in the USA.
