The Steripen Classic 3™ is the latest, most versatile model in the award winning Classic line, the best-selling UV purifier of all time. It can be used to treat 0.5L or 1L of clear water and with a 8,000 treatment lamp delivers a lifetime of purification.
This classic third generation UV water purifier comes with an additional pre-filter, which rids the water of coarse dirt particles and readies the water for purification by UV light. At just 178g, the Steripen Classic 3 is lightweight and can easily be stowed in your pack.
A small bulb glows red or green to indicate the successful completion of the treatment process and it can be powered by alkaline, lithium, or NiMH batteries.
